After the sweep, we send the proposed module list to you first — 24-hour window. Flag anything that overlaps with your work and we pull it from the roadmap or hand it back to you. Every audit report includes a written scope demarcation: what's in Highstride's lane, what stays with the partner agency.

03Non-compete

Contractual lock on your scope, your clients.

12-month covenant in the partner agreement: we don't sell services in your scope category to anyone you refer, during the partnership and for 12 months after. Your client book is off-limits for direct Highstride outbound.

What if my client wants services that overlap with mine?

We hand it back. Every audit report has a written scope demarcation — modules in Highstride's lane vs. work that stays with you — and you see the proposed module list 24 hours before the client does. Anything you flag as overlap gets pulled from the roadmap or routed back to you. The partner agreement contains a 12-month non-compete in your scope category for your referred clients, during the partnership and for 12 months after.

How is this different from Claude for Small Business or other off-the-shelf AI products?

Off-the-shelf products handle generic workflows — invoice chasing, lead triage, basic content generation. They work when the problem is generic. Most of what we build is vertical-specific and multi-vendor: integrations and logic that no toggle-install product ships, because the combinations don't exist out of the box.

What does the 20% / 15% pay on?

On the implementation fee we charge your referred client. Paid monthly on collected revenue — not signed contracts. We eat the collection risk.

How long is the attribution window?

12 months from the first introduction. If your client signs with us within 12 months of you connecting us, you earn on it.

Do I need to do sales for you?

No. You make a warm introduction — usually an email or a LinkedIn message. We handle discovery, scoping, pricing, contracting, and delivery from there.

Can I white-label?

Not initially. We're early enough that brand integrity matters. After 12 months of active partnership we discuss it case-by-case.

What if my client wants something you don't build?

We say so. We'd rather refer back to you with notes than ship a bad fit — that protects your relationship with the client and ours with you.

Is there a contract?

One-page partner agreement. No exclusivity. No volume targets. You can stop referring at any time.
