Who we are

Growth reviews

We research owner-run businesses and post some of them a printed growth review. For that we use information the business publishes or that anyone can see online: its website, Google Business Profile, public ad libraries, search data and Companies House.

• What we hold: the business name, trading address, published phone numbers and email addresses, and the name of the owner or director where it is published.
• Why: to write the review and follow it up by post, email or phone. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: offering relevant services to a business, which the business can refuse at any time.
• How long: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to stop sooner.
• Your review online: if your review has a QR code, it opens a private page that search engines are told not to index. We count how many times that page is opened and note the first and last time. We do not record who opened it.

If you ask us not to contact you

The form on our review page (or a message to 07733 604331 or haaris@highstride.tech) removes you from all follow-up the same day. We keep only the business name or website, and your name if you gave it, on a suppression list, so we never contact you again by mistake. That record is kept for as long as we prospect.

Calls, bookings and enquiries

When you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, email, the time you choose and anything you type in the booking form, and passes it to us so we can hold the call. If you call, text, WhatsApp or email us, we keep that correspondence to reply and to deliver any work you ask for. Enquiry forms on this site are sent to us by email.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few actions, such as clicks on the booking button. It is cookieless and does not identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Who else handles it

Our service providers act only on our instructions: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (our database), Cal.com (bookings) and our email provider. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to our using it. Contact haaris@highstride.techand we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
